SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When Will My Order Arrive?

ELECTRONIC PUBLICATIONS

We process orders for electronic publications in less than 24 hours once the payment is verified and processed.
For publications in stock, a document or a web link is e-mailed to you so that you can detach/download it from the web.
For out of stock items (third party supply) our customer is immediately notified which items need additional time. We normally supply such items in less than 2 business days.

HARDCOPY  PUBLICATIONS

Domestic/US Delivery
Orders shipped via USPS will normally arrive within 3-10 business days from receipt of order. Orders shipped via 2-Day will normally arrive within 2-3 business days from receipt of order. Orders shipped via 1-Day (domestic only) will normally arrive within 1-2 business days (no Saturday delivery) from receipt of order. Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped via 2-Day. Puerto Rico and all U.S. Protectorate orders will be shipped via 2-Day using either UPS or Priority Mail; expect 1-2 days extra transit time to all U.S. Protectorates. Canadian 2-Day orders will be shipped via UPS International Express Canada. For Print-on-Demand titles, allow an additional 1-2 days for paperbacks and 3-5 days for hardcovers.

International Delivery
Orders shipped via air mail will arrive within 4-6 weeks from receipt of order. Airmail shipments are shipped via a non traceable method unless specifically agreed with a customer (extra charge). RGTT LLC. can only confirm shipment, and cannot guarantee International delivery. Orders shipped Courier will arrive 2-5 business days from receipt.

Shipping Rates

Depending on a delivery terms and method selected by the Customer, a Shipping Rate quote will be provided accordingly.

Taxes and Customs

Sales tax is applied according to shipping address.

Domestic/US Delivery
All applicable sales taxes for purchases of books and related materials are calculated based on local sales tax rates, and will be added to your order at checkout. Sales tax must be applied to delivery charges in the following states: California, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.


International Delivery
Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot predetermine what the charges will be. The charges may be billed directly to the customer by the destination’s customs authority, or may be billed to the customer through John Wiley & Sons. We suggest that you call your local customs office if you would like more information on customs duties in your country.
